Hi, I’m Anna, an abstract painter working in watercolor and mixed media
Shaped by the living world, stories, dreams and a close attention to inner life, I paint organic forms in motion, rising into spaciousness.
A Selection of Original Works on Paper
I have always been someone who looks inward. Not as an idea, but as a way of living: taking things in, turning them over, sensing what lies beneath the visible surface. Painting grew out of that. It became the place where everything I have absorbed can take on a form without being reduced to an explanation.

Bright Bloom is a layered mixed media painting with a light, open presence and a vivid sense of movement.
This piece holds a special place for me. It brings together many of the things I love most: spring and summer, flowers and nature, energy, lightness, dancing movement, flickering light and the small, shimmering life of the natural world. It feels joyful, alive and full of motion - a bright moment gathered on the surface of the panel.

Pink Weight is a mixed media work on wood panel, built from layered marks, translucent washes, dense pigment and drawn lines. The piece holds a tension between lightness and substance. Soft pinks and warm traces move across the surface, while darker interruptions and textured areas give the work depth, presence and weight.
Despite its compact 30 × 30 cm format, the panel has a strong physical presence through its 3.5 cm depth. It can be displayed unframed or framed in a floating frame, and brings an expressive, contemporary accent to a room without feeling loud or decorative.

Skin of the Earth is a layered mixed media painting on wood panel, shaped by washes, raw pigment traces and dark gestural marks. The work moves between earth, body, bloom and bone - never fully becoming one thing.
Muted blues, ochres, dusty pinks and deep blacks settle into the surface like fragments of something once hidden. There is a quiet tension between delicacy and rawness, as if the surface itself were remembering, eroding and slowly opening.
An intimate original work with a tactile, atmospheric presence - earthy, poetic and quietly intense.
